If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

All deliveries occur during normal business hours, typically between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
We are unable to guarantee delivery requests for a specific time or within an hourly range unless verbally agreed upon.
Requests may be taken for either an AM or PM delivery with verbal confirmation, but they cannot be guaranteed without an additional fee for special delivery.
Any incorrect delivery address will incur an additional $16.95 delivery charge.
If the recipient is not home and the area is secure, the arrangement may be left at the door.
Incomplete or incorrect address or phone numbers may delay delivery.
